Shalom! - Day Tour

Nowhere else in Belgium, the Jewish community is as strikingly present in all its diversity as in Antwerp. Is it a coincidence that this community took root in the vicinity of the 19th century railway station? Can the Jewish presence in Antwerp be traced much further back in time?

In the morning, your guide gives an introduction over a cup of coffee and walks you through the Jewish quarter. In the synagogue your Jewish host(ess) tells you more about their religion. You will have the opportunity to ask questions. Afterwards, we walk to the restaurant for a genuine kosher lunch. The meaning of kosher will be explained in detail. After lunch, we visit the City Park and the Diamond Quarter.
